Anxiety signalizes the recognition of active force through the coming-on of strongly reactive figures; Ressentiment, Bad Conscience, the Ascetic Ideal.) Anxiety, its pain, is a great cause for joy: active force requires such opposition in order to assert/express its force, requires such conditions for triumph as anxiety presents. Active force is reunited with what it can do when it tackles anxiety, (and this anxiety is simultaneously a fear of active force by reactive elements, and an effort to keep that force separated from what it can do through the reactive figures Ressentiment, Bad Conscience, the Ascetic Ideal.) When bad feelings arise in us, it is because active force has come on the scene and reactive forces begin to separate that force from its discharge. As such the recognition of such anxiety is the recognition of active force and a great cause for battle, victory, celebration.
It must therefore be assumed that in its quest for becoming-active, (a reconnaissance,) that the regions and departments most heavily fortified and defended by the reactive figures, (Ressentiment, Bad Conscience, the Ascetic Ideal,) are those which necessarily must attract active force – domination here is invited due to the presence of reactive [slave-like] force, and active force must maintain its integrity, (must do all it can do, to its limit, to its exhaustion,) or it will be divided from what it can do by reactive force.
